《人民邮电报》9月16日报道，据商务部网站消息，《国务院办公厅转发商务部等部门关于实施支持跨境电子商务零售出口有关政策意见的通知》近日下发。《通知》转发了对跨境电子商务零售出口的支持政策，并提出6项具体措施解决在海关、检验检疫、税务和收付汇等方面存在的问题。今后跨境电子商务出口将纳入海关统计，并有望申报出口退税享受税收优惠。
