据新华社 6 月 22 日报道 国家发改委 6 月 22 日发布了《关于加强配气价格监管的指导意见》（简称指导意见），由此构建起该领域全环节价格监管体系。国家发改委相关负责人称，指导意见出台后，天然气产业链从跨省长输管道到省内短途运输管道、再到城市配气管网等各个垄断环节均构建起较为完善的价格监管制度框架，必将对天然气市场产生深远影响。

减产执行力度再引担忧，原油价格下跌。OPEC 7 月原油产量较上月平均增加14.5 万桶/日，再度引发市场对OPEC 减产协议实际执行效果的担忧。受此影响，WTI 原油收于45.6 美元/桶，较上周下跌2.29%。中国石油消费稳步增长，美国原油库存降低，需求托底作用犹在，页岩油产量和减产协议执行情况是左右未来原油价格走势的关键因素。
