综合分析近年来有关精准扶贫激发内生动力问题的文献可以发现，其研究基本上都集中在对激发内生动力重要性的研究、内生动力的理论基础、内生动力不足的原因、激发内生动力的方法措施和实现路径等方面，而少有对我国实施精准扶贫政策以来典型贫困县在激发内生动力问题上形成的成功模式的系统研究和经验分析。寻甸县地处云南省东北部，是一个集“民族、贫困、山区、老区”四位一体的国家级贫困县，属于我国乌蒙山区38个连片开发县之一，2014年全县贫困发生率达26.93%。经过几年的精准扶贫工作，2017年末全县贫困发生率降至0.35%，在全省率先脱贫，并能持续稳固脱贫成果，2018年该县贫困发生率又降至0.25%。这虽然涉及众多的成功因素，但与其独特的“三讲三评”激发内生动力扶贫模式是分不开的。本章对寻甸县“三讲三评”激发内生动力扶贫模式进行系统研究，并将其中的宝贵经验进行分析、凝练，找寻该模式的内在机理，并对推广该模式的可行性进行探讨，以期为我国脱贫攻坚事业和全球减贫提供参考和借鉴。

Kick scooters have emerged as a costeffective urban commute option in recent times. This is attributed to the sleek design and the ease of use it offers. E-kick scooters are simple to operate, convenient for all age groups, and serve as an environment-friendly means of transportation, in comparison to motored vehicles. These scooters are now being considered as viable transportation option due to their power capacity, long distance range, and moderate speed. The popularity of electric kick scooter is on an increase, due to rapid urbanization and surge in vehicular traffic on streets.

Chillers are devices that eliminate heat from a fluid through a vapor-compression or absorption refrigerant cycle, and discard that heat elsewhere. Cool fluid generated by the chiller is dispersed within a heat exchanger to cool and dehumidify fluid in various commercial, industrial, and medical facilities. In addition, ice cold water is utilized for different industrial applications, which include food processing, patient cooling, equipment cooling, and others.

如果中国先进制造业在政策暖风扶持下，快速成长。全球资本对中国资产的行业配置开始向制造业倾斜，降低当前大幅超配的消费服务业，增加配置制造业。一旦庞大的海外资本向制造业进行倾斜，龙头企业的估值会不会出现进一步的“溢价”？类似情景出现在2017 年的消费、医疗类公司，当时的一系列龙头公司，比如海天味业、通策医疗、爱尔眼科，在外资及国内基金的共同推动下，创造了远超过当时预期的估值溢价。这种情况会不会在2021 年下半年的“三宝”制造业行业重演？值得我们进一步讨论。
