9 月 13 日，欧盟委员会主席宣布对我国电动车启动反补贴调查，实际上我 国电动车已退出大规模补贴阶段，且欧洲售价基本都高于中国售价，预计实际措施影响较小。从 6 月法国推动调查起，市场对此预期较为充分，核心是中国新能源车已经具备较强的产品力和成本优势。

乘联会口径，23年8月全国乘用车批售223.7万辆，同/环比+6.7%/+8.3%；1-8月累计1537.6万，同比+6.8%。8月成都车展推出近1600款车型，大量优质供给和低价新车的推出再次刺激 8月车市需求释放。8月终端让利&促消费政策利好持续，后期智驾政策落地等利好叠加即将到来的国庆出行需求爆发，“金九银十”有望迎来高增态势。

8 月行业表现超预期。乘联会口径：8 月狭义乘用车产量实现 223.7万辆（同比+5.7%，环比+6.5%），批发销量实现 223.7 万辆（同比+6.7%，环比+8.3%）。交强险口径：8 月行业交强险口径销量为 186.1 万辆，同环比分别+2.5%/+8.0%。中汽协口径：8 月乘用车总产销分别实现 227.5/227.3 万辆，同比分别+5.4%/+6.9%，环比分别+7.5%/+8.2%。8 月整体产批零表现均超出预期，呈现淡季不淡的整体态势。出口方面：8 月中汽协口径乘用车出口 34.9 万辆，同环比分别为+34.2%/+7.1%。
