Environmental monitoring involves the evaluation of the quality of the environment to control the risk of pollution. The primary goal of environment monitoring system is to monitor different environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, airflow, smoke and to keep a detail record of these factors with a live video streaming using a high-quality camera. Surge in health concern and increase in deaths due to rise in pollution levels and rise in the need for better resource management drive the growth of the market. In addition, ongoing installation of environmental monitoring sensors and development of environmentally friendly industries propels the growth of the market. However, high product costs and slow implementation of pollution control reforms in emerging countries are expected to impede the market growth. 节能环保支出投入力度逐年加大：2019年全国一般公共预算支出中节能环保支出总额达7444亿元，同增 18.20%，增速较2018年提高6.09pct。节能环保支出占全国一般公共预算支出的3.12%，占比较18年提升 0.27pct，节能环保投入力度逐步加大。

经过2015 年至今的快速推广，全国环卫行业新增年化订单已达550 亿，总合同额达到2223 亿元，连续两年环卫市场化新增合同总金额突破2000 亿元，市场化快速推广。2018-2019 年环卫市场化快速推进背后的主要原因，是垃圾分类强制实施的政策催化。

发改委发布《关于有序推进新增垃圾焚烧发电项目建设有关事项的通知（征求 意见稿）》。文件指出，2020 年 1 月 20 日后并网发电的生活垃圾焚烧发电（含 沼气发电）项目为新增项目，国家按照以收定支的原则，通过可再生能源发展 基金继续予以支持。2020 年 1 月 20 日前并网发电的相关项目为存量项目，根 据《管理办法》有关规定另行管理。
