    探讨了注塑工艺中壳类制品发生翘曲变形的原因及相应的解决措施,借助Moldflow软件对复杂壳塑件进行了注塑仿真模拟,分析浇口的位置及数量的变化对制品翘曲变形的影响,从而得到最佳的模具结构设计,解决了该壳注塑过程中出现的翘曲变形问题,并通过生产实际验证了分析结果。
  • 聚乙烯电熔焊接新方法及工艺优化研究
    在电熔接头相控阵检测中首次发现接头内部存在一条由超声信号组成的特征线,进一步研究表明,可以根据特征线移动速度以及特征线与电阻丝的距离变化情况,估评聚乙烯(PE)电熔接头的焊接工艺是否合适。在PE电熔接头新产品开发中采用超声检测实时录像,通过特征线的移动情况对焊接工艺参数进行优化,从而可大幅降低电熔接头的开发时间和成本。
  • 氰乙酰脲对聚氯乙烯的热稳定作用
    以三盐基硫酸铅(TLS)及N,N-二甲基-6-氨基尿嘧啶(DMAU)为参照,通过刚果红法和烘箱热老化法研究了N,N-二甲基-氰乙酰基脲(DMCAU)对聚氯乙烯(PVC)的热稳定作用。结果表明,DMCAU的热稳定特性与DMAU类似,单独使用时,刚果红试纸变色时间在较低用量条件下长于TLS,但随添加量的增加变化不如TLS明显,抗着色性亦不比TLS强;与硬脂酸钙(CaSt)并用对烘箱热老化没有明显效果,但在刚果红试验中有协同效应,最佳配比为1∶1。

    简介了热塑性淀粉(TPS)的性质,分别总结了TPS/聚乳酸(PLA)共混物、TPS/聚己内酯(PCL)共混物、TPS/醇酸共聚酯共混物、TPS/聚碳酸亚丙酯(PPC)共混物、TPS/聚乙烯醇(PVA)共混物等热塑性淀粉与合成聚合物共混体系研究现状,以及TPS与天然大分子的共混体系研究现状,并提出了淀粉基生物降解塑料目前存在的问题及今后发展方向。
