据中国海关统计，2016 年，我国纺织服装对美累计出口 450.25亿美元，同比下降 5.69%。其中，纺织品出口 116.99 亿美元，同比下降 2.45%，服装出口 333.26 亿美元，同比下降 6.78%。化纤纱线价跌、制成品类商品单价均有明显下跌，此外棉布出口惨淡、加工贸易大幅下滑等拖累全年出口。

随着2016Q4以来新股发行节奏加快，纺织服装及日化板块新股持续登录资本市场，自12月份以来已有4家上市公司上市，分别是开润股份（300577）、比音勒芬（002832）、太平鸟（603877）以及安正时尚（603839），加上2月17日最新一批过会的拉芳家化及牧高笛，合计6家企业。从此轮新股的所属细分领域看，主要包括品牌服装、户外用品、日化等领域。

定增新规影响简评：（1）近日证监会对再融资实施细则进行修订，主要包括市价发行、融资期限和发行数量限制等方面。（2）目前行业内有20家纺服上市公司筹划非公开发行，其中2家获得批文，2家审核通过，9家未审核但获得证监会受理，2家发行股份购买资产不涉及定增募集配套资金，健盛集团未获受理但定增方案符合新规要求，共16家公司不受新规影响；维格娜丝、维科精华、南极电商、跨境通等定增方案受新规影响。（3）浙江富润、美欣达等26家公司距前次融资不满18个月，下次发行时间将受到新规限制。
