1）外矿：9 月锰矿进口数量为 273 万吨，环比+4.56%/同比-10.29%；1-9 月锰矿累计进口数量为 2166 万吨，累计同比-7.3% 2）产量：9 月锰硅产量 75.61 万吨，环比-10.73%/同比-27.06%；1-9月锰硅累计产量 763.89 万吨，累计同比-10.68%。3）进口：9 月锰硅进口数量为 5,444 吨，环比+349.16%/同比+215.89%；1-9 月锰硅累计进口数量为 2.25 万吨，累计同比+166.58%。4）出口：9 月锰硅出口数量为 5,002 吨，环比+173.01%/同比-0.69%；1-9 月锰硅累计出口数量为 3.13 万吨，累计同比+0.05%。

本周钢铁板块上涨 4.91%，表现劣于大盘；其中，特钢板块上涨 6.14%，长材板块上涨 2.73%，板材板块上涨 5.44%；铁矿石板块上涨 4.46%，钢铁耗材板块上涨 1.80%，贸易流通板块上涨1.83%。

2025年中央政治局会议提出“实施更加积极的财政政策和适度宽松的货币政策，充实完善政策工具箱，加强超常规逆周期调节”，释放了“更加积极有为”的鲜明信号。
