《中国证券报》报道，商务部11月20日发布吡啶反倾销案终裁公告。公告指出，经过调查，调查机关最终裁定，在本案调查期内，被调查产品存在倾销，中国国内吡啶产业受到实质损害，且倾销与实质损害之间存在因果关系。因此终裁规定自2013年11月21日起，对原产于印度和日本的进口吡啶征收反倾销税（税率为24.%—57.4%），实施期限为自2013年11月21日起5年。
