市场行情回顾：旅游板块 9 月增长 6.0%，跑赢沪深 300 指数 5.95 个百分点旅游：9 月休闲服务行业整体上涨 6.01%，相对沪深 300 跑输 5.95 个点，申万各行业中排名 4/28。其中，出境游板块和酒店板块表现较好，旅游综合 （10.3%）>酒店 （4.3%）>餐饮（0.1%）>景区（-0.2%） 。

据统计数据，截止 2016 年末，我国品牌连锁酒店在全部酒店市场中的份额仅有 12.19%，但对标国外，美国的酒店连锁化率达到 76%，法国酒店连锁化率为 56%，长期来看，标准化酒店仍将是市场的主流。因此，尽管目前国内酒店数量基本覆盖国内的旅游需求，但是品牌酒店供给仍远远不足。
