    Nowadays, multifunctional aptamer molecules are widely studied biomedical class among scientists across the globe. Due to its unique chemistry and potential advantages compared to currently available drugs (i.e. antibodies), aptamer became one of the most budding market for the future period. For example, according to the scientists, antibodies take around 7–15 years for production and cost more than USD 4 billion with average failure rate of 85%. Unlike antibodies, aptamers are directly tested in animal model i.e. in-vivo test (bypassing in-vitro test entirely) which eliminate majority of benchmark testing during the production of aptamers. This advantage of aptamers has attracted more and more attention among researchers within life science and biomedical applications. Other advantages such as easy digestion by enzyme, less risk to provoke undesired immune response, high thermal stability, and cost efficiency as compared to the antibody regime boost the uptake of aptamers. Such benefits will help aptamers to become one of the most demanding research field during the coming years which will establish healthy platform for the market growth.
