所谓海洋工程装备，主要指海洋资源（特别是海洋油气资源）勘探、开采、加工、储运、管理、后勤服务等方面的大型工程装备和辅助装备。目前，海洋油气资源开发装备是海洋工程装备的主体。与船舶相比，海洋工程装备技术含量和附加值更高，投资回报也更加丰厚，这种特点驱使着国际上大量的“热钱”涌入。国内外石油巨头纷纷加大投资规模，世界主要造船企业都将海洋工程装备的研发和建造确定为未来发展重点。近年来，全球海洋工程装备总体需求强劲，特别是深海海洋工程产品需求旺盛，市场发展前景广阔。2013 年，我国海洋工程装备产业发展迎来了重要的里程碑，发展能力进一步提升，同时也取得了一些重要的突破。2013 年全年，我国海工骨干企业共计承接各类海洋工程装备订单超过 180 亿美元，约占世界市场份额的 29.5%，比2012 年提高 16 个百分点，已超过新加坡，仅次于韩国，位居世界第二。新接各类海洋工程平台订单共 61 座和 1 艘钻井船，其中自升式钻井平台 49 座，占世界总量一半以上。2013 年我国海工装备无论从订单总额方面还是市场占有率方面都实现了大幅增长。虽然目前我国海洋工程装备制造业正在健康发展，但是我们需要对可能出现的产能过剩保持警惕，以免这一产业重蹈造船业的覆辙。在我国海洋工程装备制造领域，较早进入这一行业的企业交了很多学费，风险意识强，但新进入的企业往往风险意识差，因此，国内从事海工装备制造的企业需要对进入这一行业可能面临的风险保持警醒，切忌一哄而上。

16 年投资策略：经济仍在筑底，需求侧弹性小，供给侧改革至关重要，整体性机会不大，自上而下新设备持续演绎，传统行业未见星光，自下而上关注企业转型，主题投资将成为主流投资方式之一。注册制推出以及经济基本面持续下行双重推动下，16 年机械小市值公司的转型并购等将会呈现加快趋势，自下而上机会将明显增加。

With a new generation of air traffic management (ATM) systems being planned and implemented around the world, there has been a major shift in the ATM systems market from ground-based hardware to airborne-based technology, and a more software-centric approach to integrated automated ATM networks. The goal of a GBAS is to provide an alternative to the instrument landing system (ILS), which would support the full range of aircraft approach and landing operations. The GBAS consists of two integrated systems: four DGPSs and one LAAS.
