8 月份，申银万国煤炭开采Ⅱ指数下跌 2.7%，整体跑赢大盘。动力煤方面，从供给端看，2018 年下半年新建产能逐步投产，有效供给小幅增加，9 月份国家煤监局先后开展煤矿安全生产督查和安全生产标准化煤矿第二阶段抽查工作，对主产地煤炭生产将会有一定影响，可以预计 9 月份动力煤供给量将会相对宽松；从煤炭进口看，8 月份煤炭进口量仍然维持同比高增长，1~8 月煤炭进口量已达到 2.04 亿吨，同比增长 14.7%，年内港口煤炭进口配额基本已经用完，9 月份煤炭进口量或将回落；从需求端看，今年 1~8 月全社会用电量增速达到 7.3%，但随着气温回落，沿海六大电厂日耗降至 70 吨以下，9 月份进入消费淡季，动力煤消费逐步回落；因此，我们有认为短期内动力煤价格或将在震荡中小幅回落。

2016 年，供暖能源以煤为主，年消耗约4 亿吨标煤。我国北方城市居民安装集中供热系统是从上世纪50 年代开始建立的，供暖分界线位于北纬33 度附近的秦岭和淮河一带，包括北方十四省市自治区，取暖总面积约206 亿平方米。从供暖时间上看，华北地区一般为4 个月，东北、西北地区一般为5-7 个月。从用能结构上看，2016 年底，供暖能源以燃煤为主（占83%），天然气、电、地热能、生物质能等合计约占17%。取暖用煤年消耗约4 亿吨标煤，其中散煤约2 亿吨标煤。
