近日，水利部、财政部、国家发展改革委、农业农村部联合印发了《华北地区地下水超采综合治理行动方案》，提出通过“一减、一增”综合治理措施，切实解决华北地区地下水超采问题。

The lower breastfeeding rates have led to the high demand for infant milk solutions, especially in the developed nations.
