  • 2014年2月份电子信息产品出口降幅扩大,进口降幅收窄
    2014年1-2月,我国电子信息产品进出口总额1830亿美元,同比下降6.2%;其中,出口1077亿美元,同比下降6.9%,低于全国外贸出口增速5.3个百分点,占全国外贸出口比重为33.5%,比上年末下降1.8个百分点。进口753亿美元,同比下降5.3%,低于全国外贸进口增速15.3个百分点,占全国外贸进口比重为24.1%,较上年末下降4.1个百分点。2月当月,在企业节前“抢时出口”和节后“进口先行”经营习惯的影响下,出口额447亿美元,下降12.8%,降幅比1月份扩大10.5个百分点;进口额333亿美元,下降2.2%,降幅较1月份收窄5.4个百分点。

    The Plastic Optical Fiber (POF) provides benefits compared to glass fiber. The best known POF is the step-index (SI) PMMA POF with a core diameter of 1 mm. It is simpler and less expensive than glass fibers. Large-core POF has greater flexibility and resilience to bending, shock, vibration, and it is easier in handling and connecting. The transmission windows of the POF are in the visible range. These advantages make POF very attractive for use in short-range communication and within in-building networks.

    The issue here is that HU can encode information in the 'timings' of the acknowledgements. The Pump aims at mitigating the covert timing channel by introducing buffering between HU and LU, as well as adding noise to the acknowledgment timings. We model the working of the Pump in certain situations, as a communication system with feedback and use then this perspective to derive an upper bound on the capacity of the covert channel between HU and LU in the Pump. This upper bound is presented in terms of a directed information flow over the dynamics of the system. We also present an achievable scheme that can transmit information over this channel. When the support of the noise added by Pump to acknowledgment timings is finite, the achievable rate is nonzero, i.e, infinite number of bits can be reliably communicated. If the support of the noise is infinite, the achievable rate is zero and hence finite number of bits can be communicated.

    We report on the theoretical and experimental progress on photonefficient quantum key distribution. We have derived theoretical bounds on the upper bound on the private capacity and developed a novel large-alphabet quantum key distribution protocol employing security through measurements in mutually unbiased bases. In experimental efforts, we advanced the photonic integrated chip architecture, including linear optics for security checks and chipintegrated high-performance single photon detectors.

    This article describes communication system designed and implemented on Silesian University of Technology based on experience acquired in previews projects. Communication system was designed for micro UAVs. First part of this work describes physical layer and second part describes software layer such as data encryption, establishing and maintaining connection. Proposed devices was tested on group of UAVs and acquired results are very promising.
