產業產銷概況:由於 2015 年以來美國經濟持續好轉以及越南經濟明顯成長，對我國本產業的需求攀升，且國內供應商取代了部分進口需求，惟第四季中國經濟成長趨緩衝擊到本產業的外銷表現，使得 2015 年本產業產、銷值年增率各為 8.07%和 9.06%，成長力道較 2014 年已明顯趨緩。由於中國推動供給側改革去化過剩產能而減緩對我國的下單動作，同時基期較高，因此估計2016 年第一季本產業產、銷值年增率恐將呈現衰退局面。

经过三年多的行业低迷后，钛白粉价格跌入历史性低位，包括龙头企业在内，全行业盈利艰难。在这样的背景条件下， 2015 年底，海外五家钛白粉巨头几乎同时提价，国内企业也在 2016 年年初开始跟进涨价。我们认为，随着佰利联和龙蟒钛业的合并，行业并购重组有望提速。 而供给侧改革则有望进一步促进产能出清。行业整合叠加供给侧改革，国内钛白粉供给格局逐步向好，景气度有望底部回升。
