行业整体：本周中信机械指数下跌了7.8%，同期沪深300 指数下跌了3.4%， 中信机械指数跑输了沪深 300 指数 4.4 个百分点，29 个行业大类中位列 24 位。截止本周末，2016 年中信机械行业指数累计跌幅达到 30.6%，相对沪 深 300 指数累计超额收益为-9.6%，位列倒数第三。从行业估值水平来看， 截止本周末中信机械行业指数市盈率 74 倍，市净率 3.0 倍，仍处于历史较 高水平。

CFDA 发布《 关于第三类医疗器械生产企业实施医疗器械生产质量管理规范有关事宜的通告》， 自 2016 年 1 月 1 日起，所有第三类医疗器械生产企业应当符合《医疗器械生产质量管理规范》的要求。 各地食品药品监管部门将在 2016 年完成对行政区域内所有第三类医疗器械生产企业质量管理体系的全面检查。

本周市场触底反弹，整体上处于低位震荡的格局，机械军工行业也同样表现出区间内盘整的状态。尽管周三市场强势反弹，但从机械军工行业内的业绩预报情况来看，大多公司的业绩并不及之前的预期，在这种情况下，市场氛围也难有根本性好转。因此，我们维持对行业的“中性”评级，建议投资者可以轻仓参与行业内主题性的反弹机会。

机器人行业整体观点：16 年我们看好三大投资主线：需求重估（高端新成长、 战略新需求）、技术进步（工业 4.0、机器人）、制度变革（国企、低空）。

在高端医疗器械领域，我国医疗机构以来进口的现象比较严重。如核磁共振、CT、 MI 等高性能产品则大都来自进口，进口品牌占据了我国中高端医疗器械产品的 7 成。2015 年，针对国产医疗设备的转型升级，政策方一共下发 18 部文件，国家政策正高度关注医疗器械发展。
