8 月份，化工行业运行稳中趋缓，工业增加值增速再度小幅下滑。同时，行业收入继续保持高位，利润增速有较大提高。1～ 8 月，化学原料和化学制品制造业工业增加值同比增长 3.9%；投资继续呈现下降趋势，并且降幅较上月扩大，1～ 8 月，化学原料及化学制品制造业完成固定资产投资 8924.59 亿元，同比下降 2.1%；化工产品价格继续保持高位，8 月份化学原料及化学制品制造业出厂价格指数为 108.4 点，比上月增长 0.8 点。

近日国家发改委、人民银行、中央信办等二十部委联合印发了《关于对石油天然气行业严重违法失信主体实施联合惩戒的合作备忘录》。文件明确，联合惩戒对象为石油天然气行业从事勘探开发、储运、加工炼制、批发零售及进出口等业务，违反相关法律、法规、规章及规范性文件规定，违背诚实信用原则，经有关主管部门认定存在严重违法失信行为并被列入石油天然气行业“严重违法失信名单”的市场主体。该市场主体为企业的，联合惩戒对象为企业及其法定代表人、负有直接责任的有关人员;该市场主体为其他经济组织的，联合惩戒对象为其他经济组织及其负责人;该市场主体为自然人的，联合惩戒对象为本人。

近日国家能源局在陕西省开展油气体制改革专项调研，了解地方政府、企业对石油天然气体制改革的指导思想、基本原则、总体思路和主要任务的认识和想法，研究贯彻《关于深化石油天然气体制改革的若干意见》的配套政策措施。国家能源局法制和体制改革司司长梁昌新表示，面对相关部门和企业反映的矿权开发、网运分开、调峰政策机制、天然气发展利用和改革惠及地方等诸多问题，需要中央政策的顶层设计和地方首创精神相结合，国家能源局将继续加强与各方沟通，充分听取意见建议，确保体制改革任务完成。

1～ 8 月油气开采业累计投资达到 1432 亿元，同比增长 6.9%，投资形势继续向好；8 月份原油产量较 7 月份减少 30 万吨，同比下降 3.1%； 1～ 8 月，原油产量累计达到 12875.1 万吨，同比下降 4.6%，降幅较去年同期缩小了 1.1 个百分点。受去产能和国内消费需求增长，8 月份成品油市场保持良好态势，直接拉动原油加工量大幅回升，日均加工量为 152 万吨，较 7 月份回升 3.6%；原油进口在调控影响下连续 4 个月回落。利好政策的继续给力，天然气生产和进口规模继续保持向好态势。

Gasification is a process that converts carbon material, biomass, or municipal waste into another form of energy or products. It converts solid as well as liquid endproducts into gas through a chemical reaction. The process works by combining carbon-based materials, which are known as feedstock. The process involves combining the feedstock with small quantities of oxygen. The fall in global crude oil prices caused a decline in upstream company revenues, which caused a major slowdown in global drilling operations. This, in turn, pulled down the global downhole drilling tools market.
