近日，国务院发布了《关于全面加强生态环境保护坚决打好污染防治攻坚战的意见》，《意见》提出要要落实可再生能源发电全额保障性收购政策。《意见》具体指标：到 2020 年二氧化硫、氮氧化物排放量比 2015 年减少15%以上，化学需氧量、氨氮排放量减少 10%以上。
