1～5 月，全国港口完成货物吞吐量 55 亿吨，同比增 长 6.7%。分区域来看，沿海港口货物吞吐量增速趋缓，内河港口延 续良好增长态势，成为带动全国港口货物吞吐量增长的主力。具体 而言，沿海港口完成 37.04 亿吨，同比增长 2.7%；内河港口完成 17.97 亿吨，同比增长 16.6%。外贸货物方面，1～5 月全国港口累计完成 外贸货物吞吐量 17.5 亿吨，同比增长 2.3%。集装箱吞吐量方面，1～ 5 月，全国港口完成集装箱吞吐量 10467 万 TEU，同比增长 5.2%。 

The increasing environmental awareness and growing threats to the ecology have been forcing government bodies and regulatory agencies around the world to develop newer practices, in order to create sustainable human communities. As a part of the same, there have been many developments lately to enhance the recyclability of resources, such as wastewater sludge and excreta (the primary sources of biosolids), as they are dangerous to both the human health and the environment, if not managed properly. The pollution prevention programs and industrial pretreatment in the United States have substantially reduced levels of metals and other pollutants going into wastewater treatment plants, resulting in noticeable improvements in biosolids’ quality. The capital expenditure and management of municipal wastewater treatment services has been increasing in the recent times in the United States. The Public Owned Treatment Works (POTW) in the United States produces nearly 0.16 pounds (by dry weight) of sewage sludge per person per day, among the total sewage treatment services.

美国垃圾处理以填埋为主，焚烧占比仅 13%，主要集中在佛罗里达及东北部地区，垃圾焚烧发电量仅占全美总发电量的 0.4%。1975-1995 年是美国垃圾焚烧发电行业的黄金二十年，期间诞生了龙头企业 CVA。CVA 通过一系列外延并购迅速扩大规模，目前产能达到 5.5 万吨/日，约占美国固废年产生量 8%，占美国年垃圾焚烧量的 67%。

厨余垃圾主要是指食物在加工处理后或食用后所剩食物之统称。在垃圾分类时代之际厨余垃圾的收集和处理受到广泛关注，目前具体的处理技术主要包含粉碎直排处理、填埋处理、肥料化处理、饲料化处理、能源化处理，其中肥料化处理分为好氧堆肥和厌氧发酵，饲料化处理包含生物处理制饲料和高温消毒制饲料，能源化处理主要指焚烧处理，资源化再利用呈现多样化的趋势。 

垃圾分类处理的根本思想在于减量，在于资源循环利用，因此前端垃圾分类要始终贯彻这一理念，将会涉及到居民生活习惯改变、政府多部门合作等，影响面较广。

近日九部委联合发布《关于推进农村生活污水治理的指导意见》，要求以农村厕所革命、农村黑臭水体治理作为重点任务，提高农村地区生活污水治理率。该政策积极响应了此前《乡村振兴战略规划（2018－2022 年）》明确提出的到 2020 年农村生活垃圾处理率达 90%，卫生厕所普及率达 85%。

已规划餐厨垃圾设施项目难以落地主要源于项目“邻避效应”较强、选址难、资金未落实等原因。“十三五”期间餐厨垃圾处置产能投建加速，截至 2019 年6 月底，预估全国已投运餐厨垃圾处置项目约 2.8 万吨/日，较 2015 年底产能翻倍。测算全国餐厨垃圾处置产能缺口约 6.36 万吨/日，但由于个体地沟油收运提炼和“泔水猪”的存在，目前众多项目依旧处于“吃不饱”状态。非洲猪瘟爆发蔓延下，各地严控餐厨垃圾饲料化，2018 以来餐厨垃圾统一收运渐成趋势。
