The CVT replaces the planetary gear set of a standard automatic transmission with two variable-diameter pulleys, each shaped like a pair of opposing cones, with a metal belt or chain running between them.

    针对在汽车Trimmed Body有限元模态分析中弯曲模态和扭转模态比较难识别的问题,在其左右两侧各取若干个对称的能够代表车身轮廓的点,经过VTF分析输出这些点的加速度幅值曲线,并对曲线进行相应处理。根据处理得到的合成加速度均值曲线和差值加速度均值曲线,结合模态分析的振型结果,能够较准确快捷地找到该Trimmed Body弯曲模态和扭转模态的频率值。
  • 汽车变速器同步器磨损寿命的预测及评价
    为准确考核及评价汽车变速器同步器磨损寿命,根据同步器的磨损特征,结合道路使用试验、换挡载荷谱的采集与处理以及疲劳磨损理论模型,建立了同步器磨损寿命预测的计算模型和评价方法。利用所建立的模型和评价方法,通过台架试验对某微型车AMT同步器磨损寿命进行了考核及评价。结果表明,所建立的同步器磨损寿命预测模型可准确预测和评价同步器磨损寿命,与实际磨损量的最大误差在15%以内。
  • 基于dSPACE的嵌入式车辆动力学仿真平台开发
    针对嵌入式车辆动力学仿真平台开发需求,基于吉林大学汽车仿真与控制国家重点实验室的车辆动力学模型,研究了基于d SPACE环境的车辆动力学模型编译、运行控制、参数赋值等关键方法。基于d SPACE嵌入式仿真平台与离线仿真平台验证了车辆动力学模型侧向加速度和横摆角速度的一致性,以及仿真控制策略的可行性和正确性。
