1-3月份，在规模以上工业企业中，国有控股企业实现利润总额2358.1亿元，同比下降5.7%;集体企业实现利润总额99.4亿元，下降1.4%;股份制企业实现利润总额8965.6亿元，增长8.4%;外商及港澳台商投资企业实现利润总额3442亿元，增长8.9%;私营企业实现利润总额4850.5亿元，增长7.7%。

发改委 5 月 3 日发文指出，下一步将重点推进深化电力、天然气、医疗服务、交通运输等领域价格改革，进一步放开竞争性环节价格。改革环保电价补贴方式，完善可再生能源价格形成机制和补贴办法，在产能严重过剩行业进一步推行基于单位能耗的差别电价政策，落实超定额用水累进加价政策。

2016 年一季度收入略低于 A 股整体，但利润增速明显超过 A 股整体：按申万的行业分类统计了 261 家化工公司，2015 年化工行业收入同比下降 21.5%、营业利润同比下降 0.1%，归属母公司股东的净利润同比下滑 2.3%，但 2016 年盈利能力有所好转，2016 年一季度化工行业收入同比下降 9.2%、营业利润同比增加88.1%，归属母公司股东的净利润同比增加 71.1%，营业收入略低于 A 股整体，但利润增速明显超过 A 股整体。

2015 年化工行业归母净利润小幅回升，2015 年同比增加 4.19%。从细分行业看，纯碱、玻纤、其他化学制品、合成革、其他塑料制品、改性塑料、复合肥、磷化工及磷酸盐、涂料油漆油墨制造、其他橡胶制品实现扣非后归母净利润的增长，其中纯碱的涨幅最大。其他细分行业出现下滑，氯碱、无机盐、氮肥、维纶、粘胶、其他纤维等细分行业

2015年我国经济下行压力加大，石油和化工行业基本实现了行业经济的平稳运行。全行业主营业务收入13.14万亿元，同比下降6.1%；利润总额6 484.9亿元，同比下降18.2%。2015年行业生产增长结构优化，企业转型升级和产品结构调整加快，能源效率继续提高，行业整体效益回升企稳。尽管如此，当前行业经济运行仍不稳定，下行压力依然很大，部分行业产能过剩，企业成本高位运行，税负加重，各行业投资疲软等。2016年，随着原油等价格触底企稳和全球经济温和复苏，预计石油和化工市场总体仍将稳中趋升。

今年以来，石油和化工经济运行呈现一季度低开企稳、二季度向好回升、三季度稳中偏弱的走势。数据显示，三季度全行业实现主营业务收入3.31万亿元，同比下降5.8%，环比下降3.0%；完成利润总额1409.9亿元，同比下降20.7%，环比下降30.1%。可见，行业经济运行下行压力较大，经济增长动力不足。

截至 2015 年底，我国共有苯胺生产企业 26 家，产能合计 378 万吨/年，产量 186 万吨，同比增长 4.4%。苯胺产能已经出现严重过剩， 2015 年的开工率不足五成。 2013 年以来，苯胺价格持续下跌。至 2015 年底，告别了以往的万元时代，进入低价运行时代。受供应过剩以及低生产成本叠加因素的影响，预计未来两到三年，苯胺的价格仍难以突破万元大关。随着国家经济结构调整、去产能的推进，苯胺远期价格看涨。

截至 2015 年底，我国共有 6 家 MDI 生产企业，产能达到 302 万吨/年，同比增长 15.3%。产量约 196.8 万吨，同比增长 4.8%。随着新建装置的陆续投产，国内的整体产能和需求相比已经过剩， 2015 年的开工率进一步降低。 MDI 价格在 2015 年初为年度高点，而后持续下降，近期价格涨幅有限。从未来几年新建产能计划来看，产能增长的速度会比需求提升的速度来得快，因此预期未来过剩情况会进一步凸显。为了排解过剩的产能，市场将会出现企业降低开工负荷、减少进口、增加出口、价格竞争加剧等情况。
