9 月15 日，国家发改委与生态环境部联合印发《“十四五”塑料污染治理行动方案》。方案指出，将进一步完善塑料污染全链条治理体系，压实地方、部门和企业责任，聚焦重点环节、重点领域、重点区域，积极推动塑料生产和使用源头减量、科学稳妥推广塑料替代产品。国立科技主营研发、生产、销售低碳环保高分子材料及产品，在可降解塑料领域，公司已掌握生物降解塑料材料制品的配方及工艺技术，目前已实现生物降解塑料产品小批次量产。公司紧密结合国家政策变化趋势及市场实际需求，近期发布定增预案，募资不超过2.82 亿元，将用于生物降解材料及制品产业化建设项目、生物降解材料研发项目及补充流动资金。公司表示，未来将不断致力于为“十四五”期间推行塑料污染治理做贡献，助力我国经济社会的绿色可持续发展。
