报告从环保产业相关定义、产业热点、产业研究、新能源相关数据等几个方面进行了分析评论。

1～2月，受到传统节日等因素影响，环保行业财政支出和投资增速均有所放缓。值得注意的是，在环保形势依然严峻和政策持续加码的背景下，环保专用设备产量保持快速增长。1～2月，环保专用设备产量同比增长19.02%。然而，由于技术水平有限，1～2月环境监测仪器仪表产量持续同比下滑，降幅为19.12%。随着“大气污染防治计划”等利好政策相继出台，在政策持续扶持和市场需求旺盛的共同推动下，未来环保产业将保持较快发展。

展望2014 年，节能环保产业有望实现持续快速发展，预计行业产值将达到约3 万亿元。第一，当前节能环保形势短期内难以明显改观。根据国家发改委发布的《各地区2013 年1～10 月节能目标完成情况晴雨表》，海南、宁夏、新疆、云南、青海等地区节能形势依然严峻，同时大气污染、水污染、工业固体废弃物和生活垃圾排放等问题依然存在。第二，政策持续加码、环保监测体系逐步完善将推动行业快速发展。2014 年，水污染和土壤污染防治行动计划有望相继出台，工业绿色发展专项行动和工业节水技术标准提升计划将稳步推进、实施。第三，加快发展节能环保产业，对拉动投资和消费，形成新的经济增长点，推动产业升级和发展方式转变，促进节能减排和民生改善，实现经济可持续发展具有十分重要的意义。

Liquid chromatography systems are used for the purification of biochemical, environmental, and other chemical entities using the principle of separation chemistry. The major compounds that are separated using liquid chromatography are metabolites, proteins, carbohydrates, and salts. Liquid chromatography systems are routinely used in pharmaceutical companies and academic institutes for the commercial production of biopharmaceuticals and analysis of various molecules. Cleanroom space can be described on the basis of different ISO certifications, which range from ISO 1 to ISO 9 where ISO 1 is considered as the ideal environment for cleanrooms. The Global Cleanroom Space market is growing at a moderate pace and is expected to grow at a CAGR of 4.97 percent during the period 2013-2018. It generated a large part of its share from the APAC region, followed by the Americas and the EMEA region.

２０１２年，针对工业污染、环境健康问题的公众性事件接连不断，成为全社会关注的热点。一方面，民间抗争的方式激进化，利益冲突更加尖锐；另一方面，地方政府的反应更加迅速。这些变化预示着知识分子、环保组织长期致力于公共教育的努力与城市居民、农村群众自发的以维权和求偿为主要目的群体性抗争汇合，向政策倡导等长效的改变发展。２０１２年，中国的生态环境继续面临巨大挑战。长江上游大批水电工程匆忙上马。在“跑马圈水” 的背后，流域地质、生态、水资源可持续利用等风险若隐若现。保护地本应是全社会公共的而非地方或部门的财富，属于保护性 和公益性而非开发性和经济利用性的资源。但在现实中，我们不断看到，这种全社会的公共财富和保护性、公益性资源，不断被地方政府和外来资本视为利益集团的摇钱树，它们置环境与法律法规于不管不顾，大肆圈地圈水，强行开发。
