1～4 月，新能源汽车产销分别完成 36.76 万辆和 36万辆，比上年同期分别增长 58.47%和 59.79%。具体来看，纯电动车产销增速高于插电式混动车；新能源乘用车仍占据绝对比重，A 级车占比持续提升。但同时也应注意到行业存在的一些问题：安全是第一要务，新能源汽车产业还在“爬坡过坎”；多款新能源乘用车被撤销免征购置税名单。 

4 月，汽车产销快速下滑，同比降幅扩大，当月全国 汽车销售 198.05 万辆，同比下降 14.61%，汽车销量同比已连续十个 月下滑。终端销售疲软和库存高企现象未能明显改善。汽车经销商 库存预警指数为 61%，环比上升 5.7 个百分点，同比上升 6.47 个百 分点。相比之下，新能源汽车销量产销持续高增长，但受政策补贴 退坡以及新能源汽车起火事件影响，增速大幅缩窄，当月销售 9.68 万辆，同比增长 18.15%。

Machinery usage in farming has considerably grown over the years, in all parts of the world. The introduction of internal combustion engines and tractors as a power source has revolutionized the agriculture sector, by covering large agricultural areas in short time. Labor-saving technologies, like harvesters and tractors, are adopted to expand farm operations. Increased liberalization would radically reinforce a structural evolution, resulting in increased adoption of advanced agricultural machinery tools in the agricultural operations.
