碳达峰碳中和也是中国发展高层论坛 2021 年会上的热点话题，21 号的论坛上，国家发改委主任何立峰表示，我国正在制定 2030 年前碳达峰的行动方案。 

近日，国家发改委能源局发布《关于推进电力源网荷储一体化和多能互补发展的指导意见》，文件指出，国家能源局派出机构负责牵头建立所在区域的源网荷储一体化和多能互补项目协调运营和利益共享机制，进一步深化电力辅助服务市场、中长期交易等市场化机制建设，充分挖掘常规电源、储能、用户负荷等各方调节能力，提升可再生能源消纳水平。

中共中央总书记、国家主席、中央军委主席、中央财经委员会主任习近平 3 月 15 日下午主持召开中央财经委员会第九次会议，研究促进平台经济健康发展问题和实现碳达峰、碳中和的基本思路和主要举措。
