2014年2月，汽车产销较上月有所下降，同比呈较快增长。1—2月，汽车产销保持10%以上增长，增幅略低于上年同期。

据中国汽车工业协会编辑整理的全国海关汽车商品进出口统计数据显示，2014年1月，汽车商品进出口总体表现较好，月度进、出口金额环比均呈小幅增长，同比增速更为明显。1月，汽车商品进出口总额159.90亿美元，环比增长5.67%，同比增长35.41%。其中：进口金额82.14亿美元，环比增长2.48%，同比增长53.19%；出口金额77.76亿美元，环比增长9.26%，同比增长20.61%。

2013年汽车销量的继续攀升，使我国继续成为全球汽车产销大国，但与之相匹配的各项规章制度及管理方式还有待进一步完善。本文以安全、环保、经济、创新等为关键词，对2013年我国出台的与商用车行业相关的主要政策法规作一简单回顾和梳理。

2月，乘用车销量环比有所下降，同比呈较快增长。1—2月，乘用车销量总体保持较快增长，但中国品牌销量同比负增长，占有率下降。

2013年中国乘用车市场总需求量为1509万辆，同比增长16.7%。过去一年里，虽然市场不断受到环保、限购等不确定因素的抑制，但整体市场仍取得快速发展，主要得益于厂商产能快速扩张、新车上市密集及三、四线城市需求增长等有利因素的影响。总需求量指的是车辆的上牌量，由新车上牌和二手车上牌两大部分组成，与市场保有量息息相关，比厂商批发量更能体现市场情况。基于预测模型，威尔森认为2014年乘用车市场总需求量为1672万~1698万（预测值），增速为10.8%~12.5%，其中中性预测1686万，同比增速11.7%，增速同比放缓较大。
