GSP 修改预期落地，三大变化值得关注。相对2015 年修改的GSP，本版的GSP 最大的变化主要体现在三个方面：一是对药品流通环节中药品经营企业如何执行药品追溯制度提出了操作性要求；二是将关于疫苗经营企业的相关规定修改为疫苗配送企业的要求，直接提高疫苗配送的门槛；三是简化行政的流程，将首营企业需要查验的证件合并规定为“营业执照、税务登记、组织机构代码的证件复印件”。我们认为这三个变化的导向为提高行业壁垒、简化行政流程，有利于行业的长期发展。

据国家食品药品监督管理总局网站消息，罗氏诊断产品(上海)有限公司报告，该公司代理的血气、电解质和生化分析仪用电极盒（注册证编号：国食药监械（进）字 2014 第 2403271 号），由于在检测全血样本 Na+浓度时会受到 CO2 分压的影响，其生产商 Roche Diagnostics GmbH 对该产品进行主动召回。该公司称本次召回产品未在中国销售。请各省、自治区、直辖市食品药品监督管理局加强对此类产品的监督管理。

7 月，生物医药“十三五”规划已基本制定完成。根据规划，“十三五”期间我国生物医药产业将重点发展重大疾病生物技术药物、新疫苗、新型细胞治疗制剂等多个创新药物品类，抗肿瘤、抗抑郁、糖尿病、肾病、心脑血管病等药物将是“十三五”期间重点发展的新药品类；在临床中有巨大应用前景的蛋白及多肽药物、新型细胞制剂等生物医药制剂也将得到优先发展；此外，生物 3D 打印、大分子药物、干细胞、基因等前沿性生物医药技术，在未来五年也将得到长足发展。

6 月，医药行业供求增速继续上升。 1～ 6 月，医药行业工业增加值累计增速为 10.4%，增速较 1～ 5 月提高 0.2 个百分点； 6 月，中西药品零售总额为 711.2 亿元，环比增长 6.7%，同比增长 10.5%。受到近来国家出台一系列政策打击走票、过票行为，医药药品招标收紧、药占比不断下降等因素影响，行业利润总额增速有所下降。1～ 6 月，医药制造业实现利润总额 1373.1 亿元，同比增长 13.6%，增速较 1～ 5 月下降 1.6 个百分点。
