行业需求增大：第四次婴儿潮+全面二胎放开带来新生儿出生率提高、预计2016年将是十年来出生人口最多的一年，污染问题带来儿童发病率的提高、儿童医保的覆盖增加、及现今家长对小孩的健康关注提升，引爆儿童大健康需求。

中国的血液透析产业具有良好的发展前景。全球血液透析市场规模近 800 亿美元，其中 89%为血液透析的收入。全球血透多年保持约 4%的稳定增长，主要为老龄化原因所引起的肾衰竭患者每年以 2-4%速度增加。投资血液透析产业将能够获得稳健回报。按地区来看，我们认为以中国为代表的新兴国家是未来血透产业最重要的增长支点，尤其中国：1 加速进入老龄化社会，相关慢性病发病率提高，患者众；2 中国的透析率 14%，远低于全球平均 37%的水平。

 2月23日，江苏省食药监局发布公告，收回立业制药股份有限公司的GMP证书。从2015年1月1日起截至目前，全国共有155家药企GMP证书被收回。另据国家食药监总局公布的数据，截至1月13日，全国有药品生产企业7179家，有1795家企业未通过认证。未通过认证及被收回的近2000家，而按照规定，目前无GMP认证的企业生产车间一律停止生产。

本周观点更新：精准医疗持续升温。近期受发改委批复建设 27 个基因检测技术应用示范中心的利好政策催化，精准医疗板块表现抢眼，基因检测指数上周上涨 8.13%，在所有概念板块中仅次于次新股指数。由于精准医疗个股估值相对较高，在前期市场震荡中下跌明显，基因检测指数从年初至今下跌 22.97%，在所有概念板块中仅次于去 IOE 指数。本次反弹可以说是精准医疗今年第一次站在风口上，政策催化加上市场风险偏好提升，我们认为反弹有望持续。

2005-2011年，三明市22家县级以上公立医院收入年均增17.30%，而同期三明市城镇居民人均可支配收入年均仅增10.53%，医疗费用增长大幅高于居民收入增长。2011年三明市城镇职工医保统筹基金超支7553万元，收不抵支。为了解决医保收支不平衡的问题，三明市医改于2012年拉开序幕。

医药生物行业上涨 3.13%，跑赢沪深 300 指数 0.52 个百分点，在 28 个申万一级子行业中排名 19；在医药生物行业各子板块中，所有板块均上涨。其中表现最佳的板块为医疗器械，上涨5.08%；个股中，表现最佳的为中药板块中的桂林三金，上涨21.49%。前十名中医药器械与生物制品板块个股分别上榜 3 名企业，分别为千山药机、理邦仪器、阳普医疗与安科生物、广生堂、达安基因。后十名中跌幅最大的个股为化学制剂板块中的莱美药业，下跌 9.56%。其中化学原料药与中药板块个股分别上榜 3 名企业，分别为花园生物、雅本化学、新和成与奇正藏药、天目药业、启迪古汉。

肿瘤免疫治疗是近几年在肿瘤治疗上最大的突破。CAR-T 与 TCR-T 作为免疫治疗的最新和最有效的技术，吸引了国内外广泛关注。CAR-T 已经在血液肿瘤上显示出治愈肿瘤的潜力，但是在实体瘤的治疗上还有待进一步研究。与CAR-T 相比，TCR-T 在实体瘤治疗上效果突出。相信随着这两种技术的不断进步将给肿瘤治疗带了新的希望。

Plastic surgery is a comprehensive specialty that includes a wide range of aesthetic and reconstructive surgical procedures. Plastic surgeons use cosmetic procedures to manage defects pertaining to the face, nose, breast, neck, thigh, and arms; remove burn marks; and treat injuries caused by accidents.
