据新华社 6 月 22 日报道 国家发改委 6 月 22 日发布了《关于加强配气价格监管的指导意见》（简称指导意见），由此构建起该领域全环节价格监管体系。国家发改委相关负责人称，指导意见出台后，天然气产业链从跨省长输管道到省内短途运输管道、再到城市配气管网等各个垄断环节均构建起较为完善的价格监管制度框架，必将对天然气市场产生深远影响。

中国工程院最近提出了中国能源生产和消费革命的“三步走”战略目标。具体来说，第一步，2020 年以前，为能源结构优化期，实现化石能源消费清洁高效利用，力争 2020 年煤炭、油气、非化石能源消费比例达到 6∶2.5∶1.5；第二步，2021-2030 年，为能源变革期，实现能源消费显著优化和能源绿色低碳发展，力争 2030 年煤炭、油气、非化石能源消费比例达到 5∶3∶2；第三步，2031 年-2050 年，为能源革命定型期，形成新型能源体系，煤炭、油气、非化石能源消费比例达到 4∶3∶3。

The past century has seen the dominance of fossil fuels as the chief source of energy for the sustenance of the global economic machinery. Among these fuels, the one commodity which has controlled almost all the aspects of the energy business is crude oil. Crude oil is defined as a mixture of compounds composed primarily of carbon and hydrogen in varying proportion, with the presence of inorganic compounds such as nitrogen, Sulphur, and metals such as vanadium, mercury.
