年初以来纺织服装行业绝对收益率-3.78%，明显跑输 A 股整体，一季度纺织服装行业处于估值消化阶段，整体复苏仍需等待。细分板块方面，纺织制造绝对收益率-4.47%，服装零售-3.33%，二者市场均较为疲弱。

我国是世界上最大的纺织业生产国、出口国和消费国。2015 年纺织业规模以上工业企业主营业务收入达 4 万亿元，纱布产量分别达 3538 万吨和 893 亿米，布料及纺织品市场成交额达 5955 亿元。我国纺织品交易市场容量很大，但这个市场在行业互联网领域却近乎空白，目前还没有任何一家 B2B 公司占据行业龙头地位。

4月初国家在河北省成立了雄安新区，并计划大力推动京津冀一体化战略，雄安新区距离国内著名毛巾、毛毯产区——保定市高阳县仅 40 公里。高阳县以毛巾、毛毯为主要染色品种结构，日染色产能 1000 吨+，其中毛巾染色产能占全国毛巾染色的三分之一产能。新区落成后政府对高阳县环保监管必将继续收紧，其毛巾印染等产能面临关停迁转。高阳地区雄安新区的成立对京津冀地区的印染供应有削减效应，由此带来的毛巾毛毯需求外溢利好华北地区相关企业。

据中华全国商业信息中心统计显示，2017 年 1-2 月份，全国百家重点大型零售企业零售额累计增长 2.2%，增速高于上年同期 7.8个百分点。其中，服装类零售额同比下滑 1.3%，降幅较上年同期收窄了 4.2 个百分点。女装零售额同比下滑 0.2 个百分点，男装和童装类零售额降幅分别达 4.7%和 7.8%。
