《通信信息报》8月1日报道，在移动互联网爆发的背景下，国内手游呈现快速增长态势。据中国游戏产业最新调查报告显示，2013年上半年，中国移动网络游戏用户规模较2012年上半年增长119.3%。经历着快速变革的手机游戏，跨界合作逐渐成为一种趋势。 点评：如今，智能手机已逐渐由通信终端转变为娱乐终端，这为手机游戏带来良好的发展契机，随着业内引来跨界组合，或促进手机游戏又一轮井喷。另外，手机游戏产品周期一般只有半年左右，因此，如何把内容做深并延长产品生命周期，将其纳入到整个产业体系中，是影游的跨界合作需要考虑的问题。

工信部数据显示，2013 年1-3 月，电信企业继续加大互联网、3G 等基础设施建设力度，网络能力不断提高，进一步凸显通信基础设施作为信息消费通道作用。一季度固定资产投资达488 亿元，其中互联网和数据通信投资同比增长91.5%。全国光缆线路长度净增48.8 万公里，达到1529.4 万公里，同比增长20.4%。宽带普及提速工程效应依然明显，接入网光缆线路长度同比增长28.5%，高于长途光缆25.1 个百分点。
